Bring awareness back to your body with gentle movements and breathing techniques specifically designed with you in mind. Our 4th trimester classes focus on the recovery of the pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and more as you recover from your birthing experience. You may begin this class as soon as you feel ready. All movements in this class are safe to begin before 6 weeks postpartum.
